What if I need to change my order?

MistHub is known for processing and shipping your vape gear extremely fast. That means from the moment your order is fully funded, our time clock starts ticking. We strive to pack and ship all orders same day. That leaves little window for changing or canceling your order. If you've placed an order with MistHub and would like to change something or cancel the order, please call our Customer Support at help@misthub.com as soon as possible. We check your order progress and let you know if your order has been shipped or if it can still be changed.

    I didn’t place the order you have unless I’m sleep shopping. I’ve been blowing up the contact us line with this problem. Why didn’t anyone suggest cancelling the order? I’m new to this and wished someone had told me. Now it’s probably too late. You guys have been great until I had this problem. I’m so sad and out money I need.

    I sent an email 2minutes after I realized that I accidentally ordered 2 capes instead of 1 so if I receive 2 with some lame excuse I will be returning both.

    They have ripped me off won't send what I paid for or refund me

    I paid 60+$ for a vape and I still haven't gotten any confirmation email. It also won't show up in my orders on my account. Yet my bank account says "Misthub" charged 60$
